Deere & Company Among World's Most Reputable Companies
(July 2, 2008) – Deere & Company ranked among the 100 most reputable global companies in The Global Pulse 2008. The study, which ranked 200 companies, was released by the Reputation Institute, a U.S.-based research and consulting firm.
The Research Institute said the study measures the good feeling, trust, and respect that consumers feel toward a company, providing an overall assessment of the health of a company's reputation.
To develop its list the Reputation Institute conducted an online public survey that measured the corporate reputations of 600 of the world's largest companies in 29 countries. Each company's overall score is based on its reputation for its products and services, innovation, workplace, citizenship, governance, leadership, and performance.
