Terms and Conditions of Image Use
The images on these pages are provided subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Deere & Company owns and retains the copyrights in the images except as noted. No copyright license (either express or implied) is granted to the user, other than the right to reproduce the images without alteration for non-commercial, personal use only.
2. DEERE, JOHN DEERE, and the leaping deer symbol are among the trademarks and/or service marks owned by Deere & Company, and no trademark license (either express or implied) is granted by Deere & Company. This list is not exhaustive, and Deere & Company owns other marks that are not listed here.
3. The images are provided as is. All implied warranties are hereby disclaimed, including, without limitation, the warranties of title, infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
4. To the extent that the images include any trade name, trademark, service mark or likeness of or reference to an individual, the user is responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and licenses from that individual or third party.
5. Illinois State laws will govern this Agreement. It constitutes the entire agreement between Deere & Company and the user, and supersedes any and all other agreements, understandings, and communications between them related to the images. It may only be amended or otherwise modified in writing by an authorized Deere & Company representative.
