WHO IS ELIGIBLE:

All golf courses in the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec). Each course can enter more than one hole, as long as each entry has a separate entry form.

WHO CAN SUBMIT:

Golf course management, superintendents, architects, builders, owners and developers, John Deere Golf & Turf Equipment distributors and personnel.

WHERE TO SUBMIT:

The easiest way is to submit online. Go to the Entry Form in the menu, complete the form, and upload one photo (jpeg up to 5 MB preferred) that shows what makes the hole so Beautifully Brutal.

You can also enter by hard copy to John Deere Credit, Golf and Turf Leasing, P.O. Box 6600, Johnston, IA 50131-6600.

PHOTO GUIDELINES:

The key is to show off the features that make the golf hole so intimidating -- yet beautiful. If uploading your photo, 5 MB jpeg or less is preferred. If you have any questions, or need help, e-mail John Deere Credit Golf & Turf Leasing.

WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES:

Par 5 entries must be submitted by March 15, 2008.

Par 4 entries by May 15, 2008.

Par 3 entries by July 15, 2008.

HOW JUDGES SELECT:

A panel of golf experts will make their judgment based on photo quality, hole difficulty, beauty of the hole and the description of what makes the hole Beautifully Brutal.
