The entire left side is heavily tree lined, the entire right side is lined with trees and wetlands. Any shot down the right side will have to deal with a huge dead Oak tree that would make a witch change her flight plan. The Green is built within a railroad tie wall and sits at a 45 degree angle to your approach shot and is surrounded on three sides by water, even a long and straight drive leaves the player with a down hill lie and a long iron to negotiate the witches tree on the right, yet carrying the watery grave that will test anyone’s choke level. A small sand trap setting on the edge of this peninsula green could be a welcome home for many of us. This hole made the Metro Detroit’s 18 toughest holes list in 2005 - 2007 by the Detroit Free Press. The picture can’t express the minds thought unless you've been there. But you get the idea.
