Eligibility
The following current and retired First Responders are eligible^:
- Law Enforcement Officers - state, local, and federal law enforcement including local police, Sheriffs, Sheriffs Deputies, State Troopers, and Correctional Officers
- Firefighters - state, local, or volunteer Firefighters
- EMT / Paramedics - state, local, or volunteers including ambulance driver, paramedic, or other certified personnel
- 911 Dispatchers - fire communications officers, public safety telecommunicator, and EMS dispatchers
- Medical Professionals - medical providers, hospital workers, and physican's offices
Not eligible: - Military - but if you have military service, register for our Military discount program
Validation
Deere partners with ID.me to securely validate your eligibility by keeping your personal information safe

A valid customer email address is required. Customer should use a close family member's if they don't have an email, and using of dealer email address on a customer account will void all the equipment discounts

Ready to purchase equipment? Simply visit your local dealer and provide your Rewards # (or Buy Online). For parts, Home & Workshop, and John Deere Store purchases, look for information in the next Rewards email. Explore Platinum benefits

Renew
Your Rewards membership must be renewed each membership period (typically every 2 years*). Don't worry, we'll send you a friendly reminder as you near the end of your current membership. Simply register again to upgrade your Rewards account.

The Rewards upgrade for Everyday Heroes is a 2 unit affiliation credit, and affiliation credits count towards membership the same as equipment purchases. Rewards status is determined by (purchases + affiliation credits) during the current membership period. A membership can have multiple purchases, as well as multiple affiliation credits in the current membership period.
