John Deere Unveils New Z380R Electric ZTrak™ Zero-Turn Mower for Residential Customers
CARY, N.C. (Oct. 1, 2024) — John Deere, a global leader in innovative and powerful turf equipment, continues to expand its residential zero-turn mower lineup with the introduction of the Z380R Electric ZTrak™ Zero-Turn Mower. Building on the success of the Z370R Electric ZTrak™ Residential Zero Turn Mower, this new model is designed to provide property owners with even greater performance and enhanced convenience, all while maintaining the exceptional cut quality and reliability customers expect from John Deere.
The Z380R Electric model is equipped with a 54-inch mowing deck, offering a larger cutting capacity and range compared to its predecessor, the Z370R Electric. This new model also features dual batteries that allow longer runtime for larger properties - up to 3.5 acres dependent on conditions.

The Z380R Electric Zero-Turn boasts an advanced and reliable powertrain complete with two lithium-ion batteries that enable precision while cutting and offer a legendary mowing performance. In addition, the optional MulchControl™ technology reduces grass clippings, providing a cleaner end-result for a healthier lawn. The robust construction of the Z380R Electric, including large front and side frame rails, enhances machine durability, performance and appearance.
Lastly, customers can also enjoy reduced maintenance with the Z380R Electric as the need to refill gas and change oil, filters and belts is eliminated, allowing them to get to work faster and stay up and running longer.
The new John Deere Z380R Electric ZTrak Zero-Turn Mower comes with a comprehensive two-year/200-hour bumper-to-bumper warranty, a five-year/200-hour battery warranty and an optional 10-year/400-hour PowerGard battery warranty.
