Pull heavier implements with up to 130 hp now available in the 5M lineup. All 4-Cylinder models of the 5M gain an additional 5 horsepower, and now feature the same proven engine as the larger 6M, while still maintaining the maneuverability and great visibility you've come to expect from the 5Ms.
Get more flexible wheel spacing to better match windrow or row crop widths with a new bar axle option. Reduce compaction and get better stability on hills by adding duals with the bar axle option. Easily add wheel weight with a new cast wheel option, or stick with the proven flange axle and steel wheel options. The massive versatility of the 5M lets you choose what works best for you.
The isolated open operator station (OOS) options reduce noise and engine vibrations for the operator, compared to a fixed OOS. The most crucial operator controls are conveniently located within arms reach on the right-hand console. Electrohydraulic hitch controls on the right-hand console are easy to reach and operate. Improve consistency pass-by-pass and decrease the need to make repeated trips over the same ground with a depth stop wheel. Connect implements with precision and ease using the hitch lever control. The premium OOS also includes fender extensions with front work lights.
Effortlessly switch directions without manually clutching or braking thanks to the electrohydraulic Left Hand Reverser available on all 5M Tractors. Shift on-the-go and under load with the fully synchronized ranges and gears available on all 5Ms. Transport faster at up to 18 mph (30 km/h) on 2WDs with PowrReverser transmissions and 24 mph (40 km/h) on all MFWD models.

The two-lever shift strategy of the PowrReverser transmission works well for jobs without frequent shifting, for example, loader work, mowing or spraying. The PowrReverser comes standard with 16F/16R speeds with an optional Hi-Lo splitting each forward gear for a 32F/16R. Baling and headland turns get easier with a 20-percent increase or decrease in speed in each forward gear with the Hi-Lo push-button shifting.
Ideal for baling, loader work and frequent transport, the PowerQuad PLUS gets the job done with a single range shift lever. Four manually shifted speeds with each range lets the PowrQuad PLUS offer 16F/16R speeds. A simple push of the de-clutch button lets you change ranges without using the foot clutch, and two additional buttons let you change gears up or down within a range.
Baling, tillage and loader work are a breeze with the Powr8 transmission. Four manually shifted ranges and eight electronically shifted speeds is how the Powr8 earned its name, offering 32F/16R speeds. In addition to having eight speeds in each range, the Powr8 comes with ECO shift, reducing engine rpm in the two highest gears while still offering a top speed of 24 mph (40 km/h.) A creeper option is also available on the Powr8.
